This is what a sports sneaker looked like in the '70s – how far we've come. The adidas Dublin is one of the shoes released under the famed City Series which – as the name suggests – saw a range of shoes named after certain cities.

As Australians. it's hard to convey the impact that the City Series had on European kids in particular. but for many there's a particular shoe from the range which they claim as 'theirs'. The series itself is a bit of a mixed bag with some unique models and a lot of colourways on similar silhouettes with sometimes minuscule differences.
